Equipment Highlights
  • Specialized Support Room in the Emergency Department

Donor funding is supporting the renovation of a specialized support room that will provide a quiet, private treatment area to assist with the medical and emotional needs of patients experiencing pregnancy loss or complications, or victims of a physical or sexual assault. Improvements include new flooring, wallcovering, guest seating, and equipment that the sexual assault nurse examiner or attending physician will use. New supplies and updated furnishings will create an environment of safety, comfort and confidentiality conducive to a positive healing experience.
